Department of CSE formed a club namely i-Technocrats to develop the overall skills of students and to encourage participation among the students, so in the month of Sept. 2013 formed a departmental club named as “ i-Technocrats”

CSE Department strive to achieve excellence not only in academics but also in Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. These activities empower students to make their own decisions and help them gain vital experience and skills to lead them on the path to their future. A variety of committee/clubs for this are event management committee, sports, club, academic club, and cultural activity club. I-Technocrats club is not mere a society but it is an idea which aims at uniting CECTC,

CSE student to provide an environment their integrity and development and motivate them to work for in their own stride. To work on different pioneering projects which will bestow creative minds thinking patterns to the upcoming future engineer/scientist so that our mind can boost enough. The main purpose of this club to helps the students to get the required technical job by updating their knowledge. It acts as a bridge between the employer and employee and also it helps in getting the job as per employer’s requirements.

Updated technical knowledge is the most important selection criterion which is taken into consideration by various companies while fulfilling their recruiting requirements. Being weak at technical skills can lead to a student losing his/her chance to get the dream job. Being good at technical skills can take a student to the peak of his / her career.

A student having requisite technical knowledge is a resource to the company which is hiring the student because that person will ensure efficient functioning of the operations by updating his knowledge to the recent trends and technologies. Under all these above discussion we have organized various Technical Seminars on latest technology in the field of computer Science, Expert Talks, Workshop as well as an Industrial visit in various software, hardware and Networking based organizations.
