Responsibilities

Safe & Accessible Platform: This ensures a process where employees feel comfortable reporting any grievances they may have.
Conduct Fair & Impartial Investigations: This involves gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and ensuring due process for both the complainant and the respondent.
Recommend Appropriate Action: The ICC should recommend suitable disciplinary action to the appropriate authorities at CCE Jhanjeri.
