Women Development Cell

Women Development Cell @ CEC Jhanjeri is a vibrant and ever active collaboration of students, faculty and staff; strive to create a more inclusive, tolerant and gender-sensitive community on campus and in society. It believes in empowering females by creating awareness of socio-political, cultural and legal perspectives through talks, workshops, seminars and awareness campaigns. Through its numerous activities – mehndi competitions, poster making, slogan writing, rangoli making, debates, self-defense trainings – the Cell sensitively and holistically educates women from colleges and neighborhoods.
