CBSE Results Delayed | Affecting Admissions in Higher Education CBSE exam results are taking longer than ever! Students of 10th and 12th grade worried as most of the colleges have already started taking up admissions. CBSE has not yet officially announced any tentative date, however, the results are expected anytime by the end week of July. The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) is expected to release the board results for the 10th and 12th grades in the last week of July 2022. There are nearly 33 lakh students who are desperate for their results because the wait has been very long since the exams were completed. Exams for classes 10th and 12th ended in May and June, respectively. Many schools have written to the CBSE to express their concern about the delayed results announcement and to request that the assessment process be accelerated. Furthermore, many colleges have already begun the admissions process, which has parents and students concerned that the situation will harm their child's chances of choosing the desired subject and college. However, after investigating the situation, the board assured the students that they would all be able to apply for the selected courses despite the delay. Still, neither the students nor their parents are convinced. The CBSE has favorably approached the UGC (University Grants Commission) on the matter, requesting that universities and colleges schedule their admission processes in accordance with the CBSE results. Both students and parents are now expecting CBSE to make an official announcement about the dates for declaring the results, as things are becoming increasingly difficult to manage. However, the CBSE appears to be as quiet as ever. To avoid further delays, we should all expect the results of all tests (Term 1 and Term 2) for classes 10th and 12th to be announced together.
