Innovations Unveiled: National Science Day Celebration at CGC Jhanjeri

CGC Jhanjeri witnessed a remarkable celebration of National Science Day on the 28th of February, 2024 in alignment with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji's vision of achieving a Viksit Bharat by 2047. The event brought together students from diverse disciplines such as Engineering, Allied Sciences, Pharmacy, Management, Computer Application, and Law.

Over 90 innovative projects, spanning science, technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and allied sciences, were showcased, reflecting the students' dedication and creativity. Esteemed jury members, Prof(Dr.) Sakshi Kaushal (UIET, PU) and Mr. Pawan Kumar (MD, Chandigarh Agritech Pvt. Ltd.), praised the ingenuity displayed by the participants.

The event went beyond traditional exhibitions, featuring activities like Art Fusion, Code Nexus, STEM SPARKS, Time Talk Oasis, and Treasure from Trash. Honorable President S. Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal encouraged students to focus on Indigenous Technologies for Viksit Bharat.

The celebration reached new heights as Managing Director, Mr. Arsh Dhaliwal, personally visited all projects, expressing profound admiration for the exceptional quality of work on display. Furthermore, he pledged CGC Jhanjeri's financial support for the development of all future projects. This commitment by the management stands as a pivotal step towards contributing to the ambitious Viksit Bharat by 2047 scheme, a vision set forth by the Government of India. This announcement aligns with the institution's broader mission of fostering a culture of innovation and research, empowering students to be catalysts for positive change in the country.
